At Zero Clock Mangrove Resort, we value your time and trust. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring a smooth experience for all our guests.

1. Standard Cancellation Refund Policy

✅ Free Cancellation

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.

⚠️ Partial Refund

• Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

❌ No Refund

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are not eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Processing Time

• Eligible refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Early Check-Out

• No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights once the stay has commenced, unless due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural calamities).

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

• Discounted or promotional bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for any refund regardless of cancellation time.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in special cases at the resort’s discretion under circumstances such as:

• Natural disasters

• Government-imposed travel restrictions

• Serious medical emergencies (valid documents required)

6. Group Bookings / Events

Group bookings, wedding events, or corporate retreats may follow a separate cancellation and refund policy as agreed upon in the contract or reservation terms.
