At Zero Clock Mangrove Resort, we value your time and trust. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring a smooth experience for all our guests.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are not eligible for any refund.
Eligible refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights once the stay has commenced, unless due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural calamities).
Discounted or promotional bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for any refund regardless of cancellation time.
Refunds may be granted in special cases at the resort’s discretion under circumstances such as:
Natural disasters
Government-imposed travel restrictions
Serious medical emergencies (valid documents required)
Group bookings, wedding events, or corporate retreats may follow a separate cancellation and refund policy as agreed upon in the contract or reservation terms.
